Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, product drops), processing times may be slightly extended.

 

Shipping Times & Delivery

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, SelectGWE is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

 

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

SelectGWE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible.
