At Select GWE, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must include original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

 

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return:

  • Worn or washed apparel

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

 

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for size or product issues. If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

 

Return Process To initiate a return:

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
